28 March: PMU, in collaboration with WFP TA, successfully convened a three-day workshop from 26-28 March 2025 on multi-stakeholder engagement for a seamless and efficient implementation of the project activities in four target Dzongkhags.
The main objective of the workshop was to strengthen collaboration and coordination between TWG, focal officials of commodity development centers, WFP TA, and implementing sectors of four target Dzongkhags.

However, the specific objectives of the three-day workshop were as follows:
1. Establish clarity and agree on the contents of ARP Version 2.0, the role of TWG, and a specific timeline for the development of ARP Version 2.0.
2. Validate the findings of the market study and develop a holistic marketing strategy for spices to ensure a sustainable spices value chain in four target Dzongkhags.
3. Review Hub Guidelines and work out project supports for value chain and livelihood intervention and their unit costs.
4. Review available CSA technologies that can upscale in four target Dzongkhags and identify areas for further research based on predicted climate risk and field issue.
